Section 11
Security Holder On The Notice
(1) A security holder on the notice is a person whose name is mentioned as the name of the security holder or
representative of the security holder in an initial notice or amendment that has been filed in accordance with this Act.
(2) Unless and until the name of a security holder on the notice is omitted by filing an amendment to the notice pursuant to Sub-section (1), that  person shall remain as the security holder.
